The products purchased at the are tested before submission and packaged in a designated package in order to reach the customer of the products whole. In order to prevent breaks and/or leaks in the transport, we chose a shipping company suitable for shipping fragile and liquid products.

Delivery Times and Supply Destinations

The company’s products are shipped to most parts of the country and will be received within 3-10 working days from the date of confirmation of the order.

In case it is not possible to provide the address, our company will contact you within 3 business days of the order.

At the time of placing the order, all possible details must be recorded for accurate and fast shipping, be sure to register a clear and accurate address so that the delivery company can place the shipment safely, near the door. Upon delivery, a text will be sent updating the customer for delivery of the shipment.

Changing Address After Placing an Order

Changing the shipping address after booking can be done up to an hour after booking by sending an email to [email protected].

Any later change may result in a double freight charge when sending and in case of cancellation of an order after shipping, shipping charges.

Return and Cancel Transaction Policies

In a remote sale transaction to purchase a product, the business must be notified in writing of the cancellation of the transaction within 14 days of receiving the product or from the date of receipt of the details of the transaction, whichever is the latest. The cancellation request can be sent to [email protected].  In this case, the order confirmation must be saved.

Cancellation of a transaction and refund will be possible with the credit card through which the purchase was made only.

In the event of a cancellation of a transaction due to a defect, a check will be carried out with the customer and, if necessary, the date for collecting the product will be adjusted. A refund will be made in accordance with the provisions of the law.

Returning a product for any reason will only be possible if the product is not used and is returned in its original packaging without any defect or damage.

The return will be made by the customer to the company’s offices to be provided.

Any cancellation of a transaction according to the regulations allows the business to charge the consumer a cancellation fee of 5 percent of the price of the goods or service or 20 US Dollars, whichever lower. If the transaction was made with a credit card, the business may also charge the consumer a fee charged to him for the cancellation by the credit card companies.

Cancel an Order on the Site Before Receiving the Product and Soon After Order

You can cancel the transaction you made through the website up to an hour after purchase. Cancellation at a later date should be done by email only [email protected].

Cancellation of a Transaction by Miyo Scent

In exceptional cases, your order may not be made if it is found during the preparation of the goods for delivery that there has been an error in the system and that the product you have chosen is out of stock, or if your credit card details and/or full details have not been received in the system. In each of these cases, we will contact you by telephone.
